Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

ELEVA reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund in accordance with this policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to ELÈVA.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ELEVA cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
