Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty.
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.
- An approved return has been received and inspected in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
To qualify, returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging attached.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
